MSc in Advanced Sustainable Urban Design

Thomas Deckker devised a course in Sustainable Urban Design for the School of Architecture.

From the course description:
  • we propose a course that crosses the boundary between the design of individual buildings and of sustainable urban plans
  • the course is studio-based to recognise the main objective of design while allowing scope for planners and non-architects.
As part of this programme Thomas Deckker made a number of exploratory videos in ermeging areas of London.
This course followed the successful contribution the MSc course at Institute of Alpine Studies at Universität Liechtenstein.
