Small Tower House

A small house with a strong discipline in the plan which allows for varied spatial experiences: some crafted and some unexpected.

Although it has one one stair the staircase is different on each level. The ground floor stair defines a procession from the entrance to the main living floor. The stair to the first bedroom floor is private and enclosed. This gives on to a transverse corridor which contains the stair to the top bedroom floor. This stair has a skylight bringing light into the depth of the plan.
