The plans contain:
  • on the first floor, a formal living room with a ramp to the ground floor, stair to the roof terrace, the parent's study separated by the 'family' stair and the parent's bedroom
  • on the ground floor, a family living room connected to the swimming pool with a ramp to the first floor, 3 children's bedrooms, the 'family' stair and a guest bedroom
Many of these plan elements found their way into the completed Magalhães House.
